ABOUT THE JOB:
We are currently looking to fill an open position on our help desk. A successful help desk technician is able to answer the phone, speak professionally, and listen in an attentive manner. This will allow them to communicate to be understood as well as develop a clear understanding of what the client needs. The role of a help desk technician is exactly what it sounds like; we use our technical skills to help our clients. This position is a front-line brand ambassador and problem solver. The successful technician will have ample opportunity for advancement and growth both professionally and personally.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Answer the phone, and efficiently manage their own ticket queue so their actionable tickets are addressed in a timely manner.
Written and verbal communication are required. Time management is required. Being able to work in a team environment while also being efficient and able to work independently is also required.
