The Position: IT Manager – Healthcare Clinics

Kalmer Solutions is looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our healthcare clinic locations. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, this full-time, salaried role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills—and thrives in a service-oriented environment.
As the IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and security of IT systems that support clinic operations. You’ll play a key role in aligning technology with business goals, mentoring IT staff, and working closely with clinic leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage all IT operations across clinic locations—networking, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user support
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Hypervisor, Fortinet products, and database management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop IT staff to create a responsive, service-driven team
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals
- Ensure secure and reliable system performance, enforce cybersecurity best practices, and resolve escalated issues
- Provide after-hours support for critical issues when necessary
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven IT leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment
- Strong technical skills in network architecture, virtualization, and cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Fortinet solutions, and virtual server environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
